Refund Policy
Simple and Free Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for any reason.
We ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, just us at support@steeplab.co and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase of the alternative you'd like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note we will issue the refund immediately upon notice, but may take up to 7 business days to show up on your credit card statement (depending on your credit card provider).
